I know that you should always ask before you go and dig on someones property but what are the La Porte city/county laws. Can I go to any public park or beach and go to town as long as I respect the landscape and not leave a footprint? I have tried to look these things up but have had no luck. I trust that you all have looked into the laws and know them very well. Could someone educate me or give me pointers on where to find the rules and laws. I would apprecite any help and look forward to a good spring of hunting and learning.
