Yeah, some welding rods can be a real pain. 7018's will light up like a match when you drag them accross the part while 7014's can be a pain in the ass due to stcking.
And thats what it does best is stick and stick! you have to wrench the bitch back and forth till it breaks loose! I'm not certified for welding, I just do it in the garage, I put a set of faulty gauges on my tanks and lost all my acetylene and oxygen, that was like $80 down the drain while I slept
